MADS provides skill development, vocational training, and access to business machinery, empowering youth to secure employment or start their own ventures.
MADS supports unemployed youth by providing skill development, vocational training, career guidance, and access to useful business machinery. Participants gain hands-on experience with equipment that can be used for small businesses or industrial work, increasing employability and entrepreneurial opportunities. This initiative helps youth build confidence, financial independence, and sustainable livelihoods. To date, over 300 youth have benefited, transforming their potential into practical skills and real-life opportunities for employment and self-reliance.
